CSOSA’s strategic direction is guided by the Senior Executive Leadership Team (SELT). Collectively, SELT members oversee ten divisions that deliver critical operational, treatment, and supervision services across the organization. Bringing together decades of experience in public safety, community supervision, and federal government leadership, the executive team provides oversight and fosters a shared commitment to advancing CSOSA’s mission of enhancing public safety, strengthening community partnerships and reducing recidivism.
